On behalf of the Sri Lanka Dance Academy, I would like to comment about the excellent service we received from Shuttle United during our trip to Auckland from 6th - 8th August. The Shuttle United vans were very punctual all the time. There were three pick-ups on the 6th from the Auckland airport and when the passengers arrived, the Shuttle United staff were ready to greet us to be taken to the Off-Broadway Motel in Newmarket.

There were a few instances where we had to call you late in the night, asking for shuttle service from the Dorathy Winstone Centre - Auckland Girls Grammer School, to the motel, after our rehearsals. You readily acknowledged us and attended to our needs, though these were not planned hires. On the 8th, after the drama was over, the shuttle service was at the hall promptly at 11:30 in the night to take the cast and the parents back to the motel.

On the day of the departure, 8th, there were three pick ups from the motel at the time we had wanted your shuttle service and all three pick ups were on time.

I would like to comment about the punctuality, flexibility and the curteous service you provided us during our stay in Auckland. I have no hesitation in recommending you to our friends and colleagues.
